Meet Marelon
Marelon has been a professional astrologer since 1978, studying mainly with Dr. Zipporah Dobyns of Los Angeles.
Extensive Experience and Knowledge
Marelon has studied psychology, meditation, tarot, Silva Mind Control, intuition, chakras, nutrition, homeopathy, herbs, creative visualization and spiritual healing. She taught Astrology as well as Marriage Preparation at Northwest Community College in northern BC. She wrote a highly acclaimed column on Counselling Skills for Astrologers for the Fraternity for Canadian Astrologers, and won their writing award three times. She was a popular and dynamic speaker at FCA national conventions. She has two books, The Book of Neptune (1989) and The Book of Jupiter (1993).
Moving From Astrology to Healing
During the 1990’s Marelon’s emphasis shifted from astrology to healing. She was initiated as a Huna healer, studied Core Beliefs extensively and took all the training to learn Holographic Repatterning (HR). HR introduced her to many healing tools, including Jin Shin Jyutsu and Polarity Therapy, and she began to use them extensively. Her ability to successfully channel energy was evident immediately.
Moving To The Country
Marelon moved from Vancouver to Cranbrook at the peaceful western edge of the Canadian Rockies in the year 2000. She began to see clients full time and continued to grow as a healer. She became a Reiki Master, was certified to Instructor Level in DNA/Theta Healing, certified in Reconnection Healing, studied Body Talk, and in 2002 was introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Discovered EFT
EFT immediately became the backbone of her practice. “It was the healing method I’d been looking for,” explains Marelon. “EFT is simple and yet incredibly effective. When used with skill, EFT is awesome. It works quickly, it easily removes life-long emotional suffering, eliminates negative beliefs and it always moves a client toward a healthy state of mind.”
Transforming Pain
“People carry so much pain,” remarks this empathic healer, “And they just don’t need to. All pain can be reduced or eliminated. Any life situation can be improved. Gifted Healer
Today Marelon is a gifted practitioner who can see and balance auras, chakras, meridians and other forms of energy, and who offers exceptional understanding and wisdom from many different sources. She incorporates and explains remarkable insights after a brief study of a client’s astrology chart. She is a master at using EFT to resolve inner conflicts, release old trauma and heal negative core beliefs. She continues to expand her healing repetoire and is currently working toward certification in Quantum Touch Healing. Her practice focuses on Chakra Balancing, Quantum Touch and EFT.

Marelon credits many sources for contributing to her personal, spiritual and professional growth. Yogananda, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Caroline Myss, Gregg Braden, Marianne Williamson, Gary Zukav, Jean Shinoda Bolen, Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung, Carl Rogers, Rollo May, Scott Peck, don Miguel Ruiz, Louise Hay and Lynn Grabhorn are just some of the authors she treasures. Her favorite teacher for many years was Dr. Zipporah Dobyns, Clinical Psychologist and astrologer. Marelon is currently an avid follower of Abraham-Hicks' teachings on the Law of Attraction, The Course In Miracles and particularly studies David R. Hawkins books. Marelon also actively pursues her own growth in consciousness through concentrated daily mantra and meditation practice under the guidance of Guruji Hamsah Nandatha at the Adi Vajra Shambasalam Ashram.
Personal Mission
Marelon's mission in her work is to guide people to healthier beliefs and happier mind states. Put in other terms, her goal is to continually raise the frequency of clients until they can hold a higher frequency themselves. In still other terms, Marelon supports clients as they raise their levels of consciousness.
